Drawing Book — Privacy Policy
About this policy
Drawing Book (画画本), bundle identifier com.fuyao.childpaint, is operated by 福建省泉州惠安风起扶摇软件开发有限责任公司 (Fujian Quanzhou Hui’an Fengqi Fuyao Software Development Co., Ltd.). The Chinese company name identifies the operator. This policy explains the current iPhone and iPad app and this policy website.
1. Drawing and practice data
The app does not require an account. Drawings, saved artwork, coloring progress, bead designs, drawing lesson drafts, onboarding preferences, and free-experience flags are stored on your device using local app storage. Artwork records include a local identifier, picture name, image, and creation time. We do not provide an app-operated cloud gallery or automatically upload these pictures or practice content to our server.
2. Photos and permissions
For Photo to Line Art, the iOS photo picker lets you choose a specific image. The selected image is processed on the device; this feature does not upload the photo for conversion. Saving artwork or outlines to Photos requests permission to add images to your library. The app does not use that permission to browse your whole photo library. You can decline or change permission in iOS Settings. Refusing Photos permission does not by itself prevent local drawing; available app-only saving still depends on the feature’s membership rules. The current app does not request camera, microphone, location, or contacts access.
3. Purchases and membership
Apple handles payment. We use RevenueCat to check purchases, restore access, and determine Premium entitlements. Its SDK initializes when the membership service is first used by the app, including from the home screen, and may contact the service before you choose to buy. The service processes an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase/receipt and entitlement information, and necessary technical information such as app/OS versions and locale; network requests also expose an IP address. We do not receive your full payment card details. This processing supports access validation, fraud prevention, and subscription reporting. We do not set a name, email, or advertising identifier as customer attributes in the current implementation.
4. Third-party services and sharing
Purchase-related information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat for their services. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell artwork or use an advertising SDK, cross-app advertising tracking, social feed, or separate analytics/crash-reporting SDK in the current app. The installed image-loading libraries do not by themselves mean your drawings are uploaded. If you export an image to Photos or share an exported copy through another app, that destination and your device’s photo/backup settings govern the copy.
5. Storage, retention, and security
Local artwork remains until you delete it or the app’s data is removed. Deleting a saved artwork does not necessarily remove a separate coloring or lesson draft. Some practice progress and free-experience flags have no individual in-app delete control; removing the app’s data removes those local copies. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions and does not remove exports, system backups, or records retained by Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase providers retain records under their own policies and applicable obligations. We use available platform storage protections and HTTPS for service communications; no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not state a fixed retention period where none is established.
6. Your choices and requests
You can delete saved artwork in My Artwork, manage Photos access in iOS Settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we can identify and control, subject to applicable rights and necessary record retention. For an anonymous purchase-related request, describe the issue and provide an Apple order reference or, if available, the app’s anonymous customer identifier so we can locate and verify the relevant record. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may need limited additional information to verify a request. We cannot erase copies held independently by Apple, another app, or your own backups.
7. Children and guardians
The app offers creative activities for children. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases, photo selection/export, and contact with support. We do not ask children to create profiles or provide their name, address, or contact details in the app. The purchase-service processing above can occur during ordinary app use; we do not claim that no data is processed simply because there is no login. If a guardian believes a child has provided personal information through support, please contact us to review it and request appropriate deletion.
8. International processing
Your drawings and photo conversion remain on the device in the current implementation. Apple, RevenueCat, and their service providers may process purchase and technical information in countries outside your location, including the United States, under their respective privacy arrangements. Contact us for questions about information handled on our behalf.
9. Policy website and support messages
When you open this policy, the web server receives standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information. Server logs may be used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. This page has no external fonts, analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies. If you email support, we receive your email address and the message/attachments you choose to send and use them to handle the request. Please avoid including children’s personal details or unnecessary private images.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy when app behavior or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision; material changes will be communicated as appropriate. For privacy questions, contact zhoupeibin02@163.com. Operator: 福建省泉州惠安风起扶摇软件开发有限责任公司.
